Well we've all been taught something over the last week - it's never too late to change your life completely. We were given this lesson from a little lady from a Scottish village, a lady who had never been kissed and who was unemployed before entering Britain's Got Talent. Although she didn't win her life has changed for ever and she is an example to us all about what can be possible at any time in our lives.

What does this have to do with leasing and the financial world I hear you ask? The example set by Susan Boyle shows that whatever we are planning for our businesses now is not the time to put it off. Can you still expand and grow your business in these challenging times? Many people reading this will have put off decisions to purchase new equipment, refurbish their offices, upgrade there software or move to new premises. The net effect of not spending money is that the whole economy slows down. Money needs to be spent in order to keep the world turning and there may be no better time than now to negotiate a great deal.

As holiday season is almost upon us many off us are putting off our annual summer break due to economic pressure. Well in that case I'd like to offer a free holiday in Spain for anyone placing a £25,000 agreement during the month of June, we shall give away free a long weekend in Spain for two people. For anyone giving us £50,000 in June well give you a week at a luxury 4 star hotel in Spain for two. And anyone giving us £100,000 then you and are a partner are off to Orlando Florida for a week. All deals must be proposed and paid out this month.
